Blitz QFD sessions can also be completed in a three day retreat. Collecting customer data (the VOC) before an off-site retreat is necessary for QFD Blitz sessions. During QFD Blitz sessions technical team members provide the critical decision making as data is analyzed. Investing in an off-site three day retreat will ensure market viability and product and/or service design success.
